Wendy has been an active part of the mortgage industry for 24 years. She has served in every capacity from working with first time home buyers to seasoned buyers who have significant assets. She was a wholesale account executive for several banks approving buyers in the field with business partner loan officers she worked with for over 8 years. When the industry crashed in 2008/2009 she persevered and started up helping the home buyers directly again. She has been a sales manager several times and a top producer in Boulder Colorado. She relocated in 2022 to help her parents who were in Florida Her children and French Bulldog followed and she found love and is engaged to be married at the end of this year. Wendy takes great pride in her work and helping guide people in any capacity of home buying.
